Original Research[edit]

In the controversies section, do we have a citation for the analysis of Blackmun's opinion? My personal opinion certainly concurs; there is a good chance he feels she encouraged Michael M. earlier so Michael M. shouldn't be charged with forcible rape; but that is just my personal opinion about how Blackmun felt and shouldn't be in wikipedia without a citation to a reliable source. What he said is that she encouraged him earlier so the prosecutors didn't think they could win a charge of forcible rape (yes, even here, I am reading into his description that such prosecution would be "unattractive") I am going to make an edit with this in mind. Please feel free to revert if a citation exists but please discuss here. --Bertrc (talk) 17:34, 26 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Never mind. The existing cite note was simply in the wrong location. I have moved it. --Bertrc (talk) 13:12, 28 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
