lawsuit was filed in San Diego court. Lawsuit not publicly available yet. There was a police report filed on the matter.

perhaps the above should be deleted unless citations can be found. i have searched and been unable to find such citations.

Could this be clarified: ...the 2nd Circuit in New York which is media company .... I'm confused... 2nd Circuit court is a media company? What did the poster intend?

I removed text that the writer sites his own blog as a source.
