Author of what?[edit]

It says that Hart was an author, but never mentions what he wrote. Kaldari (talk) 23:14, 8 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Mentioned on Last Word[edit]

There is a BBC (British Broadcasting Corporation) Radio 4 program called Last Word. They talk about people who have recently died. It includes comments from people who new the person in question.

Michael Hart was mentioned on the on one of the shows (Friday 16 Sepember 2011). It's available as a podcast here for a limited time (4 weeks after broadcast).

Is this worth a comment? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Dannman (talkcontribs) 16:19, 19 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Internet encyclopedia[edit]

  • Hart also proposed & began an Internet encyclopedia project, using the PG mailing list as volunteers. I think it was called "Interpedia" .... I will try to dig it up. Really, this should be in here! --Lquilter (talk) 13:22, 15 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

... Seems like someone else proposed it, but Hart & PG lists were involved early on. Adding refs. --Lquilter (talk) 15:33, 15 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Writing style[edit]

Hart's habit of writing his messages and posts with equal line length is a unique personal trait, a characteristic typographic idiosyncrasy of the man who followed in Gutenberg's footsteps. It is comparable to a painter using only primary colours or a composer using only pentatonic scales, and therefore worth mentioning in an encyclopedic entry. I trust that the references now better support the statement. YewBowman (talk) 15:40, 7 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

InterText seems to be an appropriate third-party reference. Thanks. QVVERTYVS (hm?) 15:51, 7 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Merge & Additions[edit]

I merged some external links into the article's reference (footnotes) while expanding the introduction using these sources and others. Some reference are re-located to serve the information in the article, while others added for future expanding/upgrade of the article. However, there are 2 external links under selected interviews but couldn't use them for expanding the article. Few tweaks were done be re-locating all the references to improve the article.
