ducati category?[edit]

Would it be appropriate to add this gentleman to the Ducati category? Ben 22:23, 31 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Certainly has a strong relationship, no doubt. Izaakb 18:57, 14 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Motorcycles etc designed by Mr Galluzzi?[edit]

  • Ducati Monster (original)
  • Ducati ST2
  • Cagiva Raptor
  • Cagiva Planet
  • others?

Also: "In 1989, he teamed with the Cagiva Group and subsequently designed the Ducati Monster, 900 SS and 944 ST, the Cagiva Planet, Raptor and Xtra-Raptor, and all the Husqvarnas from 1997 on." Ebert, Guido. "Aprilia taps new style manager." Powersports Business 9.14 (2006): 29. That's the only source I have that says he designed the Ducati SuperSport, which is plausible. On the other hand, many other sources don't mention it, and "944 ST" sounds like they might not know what they're talking about. --Dbratland (talk) 18:03, 16 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

TMI about Monster?[edit]

You might think there is too much intricate detail about the Monster on a page that is supposed to be about Miguel Galluzzi, and you might be right. However, given the current state of Ducati Monster (poor) I would argue that before you delete anything from here, first revise and expand the main Monster article, duplicating facts as needed. Once Ducati Monster is in decent shape, some, but not all, of the duplication should then be removed from Miguel Angel Galluzzi --Dbratland (talk) 01:43, 17 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I was about to make the same comment, agree that it should live here until Ducati Monster is built out. I just added the "main" template to the Monster section for now. — Brianhe (talk) 05:50, 27 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Agreed: this article emphasises the Monster way too much.842U (talk) 18:33, 26 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
It's just that everyone has been too busy to merge all the info over to Ducati Monster where it belongs. But again, the real tragedy isn't that Miguel Angel Galluzzi has to much detail, it's that Ducati Monster ought to be a much better article for a mid-to-high importance bike. --Dennis Bratland (talk) 18:36, 26 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Ducati Monster expansion info[edit]

With regard to the discussion above, there copious is information regarding the Ducati Monster in this archived page of the Miguel Galluzzi article, linked here. The information was too specific to the Monster for this Galluzzi article, but anyone interested in improving the Ducati Monster article can use this information as they see fit. 842U (talk) 23:46, 26 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
