Oberlin[edit]

The article asserted: One of the official colors of Oberlin College (the other is cardinal red)

The link provided appears to have been redirected — it no longer points to something called fast facts, it points to an "about" page which makes no mention of colors. A search at that page for official color will lead you to a relevant page: OBERLIN COLLEGE VISUAL STYLE GUIDE. That page makes no mention of Mikado yellow nor of cardinal red. It refers to red and gold and identifies PMS colors. It is possible they have changed since the link was first added. If somebody tracks down evidence that the colors were historically different and wants to include it as part of the history page for Oberlin College go for it, but it doesn't belong here. I have removed this line but will be glad to restore it if someone finds evidence that I'm mistaken.--S Philbrick(Talk) 19:10, 1 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Lincoln[edit]

The only reference in this article is to a page about the 1968 Lincoln. If my color picker is accurate, the color in that sample is #EDD99A which isn't particularly close to #FFC40C. Someone's should sort out which is correct.

Comparison:

  • Hex Value: #EDD99A sample
  • Hex Value: #FFC40C sample
