Help Please... I am wondering why it is taking so long to have my article reviewed? Is there a waiting list or a backlog? Does anyone have any idea how long it may be? Puptent1cooties (talk) 18:27, 17 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I have removed the following information from the article, as I believe it requires some rephrasing before it is published. Mz7 (talk) 20:46, 19 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Supporting The VFW National Home for Children[edit]

The Military Order of the Cooties of the United States is a non-profit Veterans Service Organization. Known as “The Honor Degree of the VFW” it's members are comprised of the officers and leadership of the Veterans of Foreign Wars of the United States. Membership in the MOC is recognition of outstanding service to the VFW and its programs.

The VFW National Home for Children started out as a brainchild of the MOC who believe in caring for the widows and children of our Armed Forces. The beginning of the project was started in 1925 in Eaton Rapids, Michigan.[1]

At the 1923 VFW National Convention, The Military Order of the Cootie promised full support of the National Home. The Cooties formed in the fall of 1921, distiquished themselves from all others by an outlandish uniform. Despite the costume, Cooties devoted themselves to good works in the community. VFW Our first Century.[2]
