Milhist initial assessment[edit]

Classed as start - total absence of sources means it can't be anything else. The name is highly misleading - military settlements have been a common phenomenon through history and are not restricted to 19th. century Russia. Monstrelet (talk) 16:30, 27 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
