IPA Pronunciation[edit]

I've added an approximate IPA pronunciation, based on the info on International Phonetic Alphabet for Dutch. I'm not sure if it's right, and I don't know where the stress is placed on the word, so any help from a native speaker of Dutch would be greatly appreciated! :) - Lewis R « т · c » 17:39, 13 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Off Screen[edit]

No Lottery at all[edit]

I read the Lottery definition, and I conclude this is not a lottery in any sense. Propose to remove it from [Category:Lotteries] and [Category:Lottery game shows]. Could be applicable for every Deal or No Deal show. Besides, apart from one numbered case, the cases are given - well, well organised. @In ictu oculi: it is not the topic but the primary topic, see WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. I have looked at Google hits and Google Scholar hits for "Miljoenenjacht", and page view statistics and incoming links for both pages Miljoenenjacht (Netherlands) and Miljoenenjacht (Belgium), and determined, in my opinion, that the Netherlands version is (overwhelmingly) the primary topic. After this proposed move, the article Miljoenenjacht (Netherlands) would continue to exist. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 07:07, 21 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Support. The Netherlands has 17 million people, Flanders has 6.5 million. That's about a 3-1 edge for the Netherlands right there. The Netherlands version has an extensive article which says that the show started in 2000 and is still running and has a top prize of five million euro-smackers. The Belgian version has a stubby article which indicates the show has been defunct there for quite a while, and the top prize was one million. All in all the Netherlands version sounds like a much bigger deal. And the nominator says pageviews say this also. So Bob's your uncle. Herostratus (talk) 02:54, 27 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
