The Minister of Canadian Heritage has been used longer than the Minister of Canadian Heritage and Status of Women title, and Minister of Canadian Heritage is the current title. IMO Minister of Canadian Heritage should be the main article. The actual first Minister of Canadian Heritage was Michel Dupuy[edit]

And the Wikipedia article on M. Dupuy references this fact:

I met the man a couple of times while he was Minister - and I thought the article should show that he, and not Mme. Copps, was the first.
