PRC/Mainland[edit]

This is a government ministry post of the PRC. Which is why I have placed the article in the PRC category and moved it from the mainland China category. SchmuckyTheCat 01:42, 22 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Jurisdiction of this ministry is only within the mainland. — Instantnood 03:27, Mar 22, 2005 (UTC)

- your mom has jurisdiction only in my pants. that is baloney, and i guess I have to add informtion about CEPA and An Min SchmuckyTheCat 04:47, 22 Mar 2005 (UTC)

CEPA is a bilateral agreement between two trade entities. — Instantnood 05:06, Mar 22, 2005 (UTC)
  • trilateral actually. across HK, the mainland, and Macau, which constitutes all of the PRC. SchmuckyTheCat 05:13, 22 Mar 2005 (UTC)
No. There are two bilateral agreements, one between Hong Kong and the mainland, and the other between Macao and the mainland. — Instantnood 05:16, Mar 22, 2005 (UTC)

with the goal of integration of all three, the idea of which you cannot stand. If you're going to add controversy tags to edits you don't like, then so, what, exactly is the controversy. Please make a problem statement that other users might wish to comment on. SchmuckyTheCat 05:21, 22 Mar 2005 (UTC)

The goal of CEPAs were to lift trade barriers. It was not agreements which Hong Kong's and Macao's trade departments give up their duty and transfer the power to the Ministry of Commerce of the PRC. — Instantnood 05:40, Mar 22, 2005 (UTC)
  • the article doesn't say that hong kong and macau give up anything, does it? SchmuckyTheCat 05:48, 22 Mar 2005 (UTC)
Please write clearly what the "integration" is if you really want to write about it. — Instantnood 05:53, Mar 22, 2005 (UTC)

instantnood marks major changes as minor edits[edit]

Fair use rationale for Image:Ministry of Commerce of the PRC.gif[edit]

Image:Ministry of Commerce of the PRC.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
