A few comments[edit]

Please cite any description of a building, project, etc. That ensures that we're only covering notable material, and also people can verify, expand, etc. Also, best to avoid phrases like "will", "is scheduled to", etc. That avoids implications of WP:CRYSTAL, and also the need to update when the building is finished (and embarrassing inaccuracies before people do that). You can use phrases like "was approved" "is under construction as of (date)" "construction began on x with a projected completion date of y", and so on. I also changed the heading for the condos - we can't provide a "summary of "all", it's one or the other, and I think a list of only the notable buildings is best.
