Meh. Unless he starts it over and makes the premise believable by earning it in the details (which, admittedly, he didn't have the space to do in a one-shot) I can't say I'm thrilled by the idea. (BTW, either we need to either update Bessatsu Shōnen Sunday with info about a revivial, or stop redirecting Monthly Shonen Sunday to there and build an article about the new magazine -- I'd do it myself, but to be honest, I'm not sure which it is.)
