Overhead Hazard (2014, M13+)[edit]
Moved this from the evolution of grades as I don't think it set a new grade milestone:
- 2014. Overhead Hazard M13+ Helmcken Falls, Canada. First ascent in 2014 by Will Gadd who graded it M13+ but called it his hardest-ever.[1][2]
