Mizrahi and Sephardi[edit]

The article fails to distinct between Mizrahi Jews (Jews of Islamic Mashreq or the Eastern Mediterranean) and the Sephardi Jews (Jews of Islamic Maghreb or the Southern Mediterranean and Jews of Southern Europe and Turkey). Of course many Mizrahi Jews adhere to the Sephardi liturgy and prayer style, but certainly not all - Yemenites have their own distinct prayer style, more similar to Ashkenasi than to Sephardi.GreyShark (dibra) 13:56, 19 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Article Discrepancy[edit]

This article contains confusing discrepancies between itself and the main Mizrahi Jews article, and requires immediate rectification. (I.e. classifying Mizrahi jews in Israel as only being from Babylonian and Persian ancestry)

Prefer to discuss here before a large scale article clean up is conducted. Mistamystery (talk) 20:00, 10 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
