I was under the impression that you had to have a Japanese credit card and not just any credit card to use Mobile Suica. For example a visa credit card from a bank in Japan, and not US Bank. This was the case with pay pal, and paying for tickets on eki net. If I find the info I will update the info here. Michaelsammler (talk) 05:32, 12 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
