ModiModi (disambiguation) – This page should be renamed to "Modi (disambiguation)" as "Modi" should be redirecting to Mr. "Narendra Modi". This is because Modi primarily is referred to Narendra Modi and all other Modi things enjoy almost no notability against that of Modi's. Just like how Biden redirects to Joe Biden since all other Biden stuff is no notable against Mr Joseph AppuSunkad (talk) 15:39, 3 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose, at least for now. The proposal certainly makes sense, as at the moment most readers who land on the dab page end up clicking through to Narendra Modi (c. 84–92% of them, according to the clickstream data for March). However, this appears to be a recent trend, as the upper bound of the corresponding figure was 62% in last November, and 38% in January 2020. If we're going to have a primary redirect, then we'd need this usage to be sustained over a longer period of time. – Uanfala (talk) 17:56, 4 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose not referred to as "Modi" in first mention. In ictu oculi (talk) 18:13, 4 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. Of the Modis, he is the most popular in terms of page views (overwhelmingly according to Uanfala's stats) and as a long-time head of government of a major country he has long-term notability. Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 08:37, 6 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
