Hi Sarah, I am a member of the D3 group (an international group committed to informing the public about developmental dental defects). I came across your page and although very detailed I believe the term "MIH" is somewhat outdated due to the clinical phenotype presenting beyond that of incisors and molars alone. We have some exciting projects lined up and they may be of interest to you. Please let me know if you wish to discuss further. potential causes[edit]

There seems to be nothing in the article with regards to "pollution", in particular Dioxin and pcb are considered to be involved:

I agree, the section on "causes" needs to be beefed up. @User:Doc James: just wondering why this article hadn't been tagged with WP:MED until today.
