Seriously... help me to understand why this is notable. 71.77.209.166 16:39, 21 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Seriously...such passive-aggressive nonsense. Why what is notable? Abbott having a Wiki page? Because she is a prominent athlete in a college sport. Why shouldn't the pitcher who holds many season and career records in a major college sport have a Wiki page?Chancat74

Is this person noteworthy or is this merely self glorification? There are plenty of high school athletes with great if not better records and still do not warrant a page. There are no supporting links or references, just an awards list. This page contains no worthy substance. Steel Trooper 16:24, 21 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Revamp Page[edit]

The way the page has evolved has produced a page which is pretty clunky. There's three tags on the page - one of which has been there for over 10 years! Monica Abbott has obviously achieved a lot, but I'm going to try and present the accomplishments in a better way, add more sources, update it, etc MaskedSinger (talk) 15:28, 4 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]

After three weeks of research and then drafting up changes, implemented them today. I'm toast. Going to lie down for a while. MaskedSinger (talk) 13:33, 27 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
