Paul Jennings[edit]

In this article, it is said that Paul Jennings after manumission worked as a laborer at the federal Pension Bureau. In the article about him, it is said that he worked at the Pension Bureau to handle claims of veterans and soldiers' families. That is, as a clerk. The first claim is without source, the second without a direct citation.
