What state is Moon Express incorporated in?[edit]

I searched the California and Florida Secretary of State offices and did not locate where Moon Express is incorporated. They are apparently headquartered in Silicon Valley area of California; but are they incorporated there? If we can find a source, we should update the article, including the year the company was formed. N2e (talk) 20:18, 10 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Other sources[edit]

There are other sources now showing up in web searches. Probably will be more in the next few days/weeks. Starting a list here. N2e (talk) 21:16, 10 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

COI and Advert[edit]

Indicate the person/editor with COI, what they wrote that is "not neutral", and state the material or sections with "advert" tone. Bear in mind that this is a private company geared for commercial activities, which should not be censored. BatteryIncluded (talk) 00:14, 10 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

which should not be censored That's the type of statement that I expect from someone with a coi. Would you mind elaborating why you brought up the concern of censorship? Also, would you consider addressing if you have a coi yourself? --Ronz (talk) 00:32, 10 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
WTF! I am a biologist, not an engineer, so no I do not work for MoonEx. Having seen no feedback on the "advert" problem, it is deemed spurious tagging. Please remove it now. BatteryIncluded (talk) 00:46, 10 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
By the way I don't see you tagging SpaceX, Blue Origin, Virgin Galactic for their commercial activities. BatteryIncluded (talk) 00:52, 10 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Please WP:FOC.
So no personal coi. Thank you.
You didn't address my question about censorship. Should I ignore this concern of yours then?
It's not "tone" that concerns me, rather selection of content (inclusion and exclusion) by Moon Express employees to align this article with their public relations efforts, and the heavy reliance on Moon Express' public relations pieces and derivatives to source this article and direct its contents. --Ronz (talk) 00:56, 10 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
1)Then find additional references by second parties on their spacecraft spec and contracts. 2) They are a commercial operation and you are offended by that!? There is no ban on the concept of commerce!!!!! I ask you again: what content is written like advert? Fix it or point out for me to fix. Don't barge in here with attacks like that. It is childish and irresponsible. BatteryIncluded (talk) 01:01, 10 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Then find additional references Exactly. Glad we agree on the problem and solution. --Ronz (talk) 01:08, 10 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Then place a frigging tag requesting better/secondary references, because what you keep pasting is bullshit. BatteryIncluded (talk) 01:11, 10 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I appreciate the subsequent edits you've made to make the article no longer look like a breakdown from an annual report.
I've replaced the advert tag with one asking for independent sources.
Do we need to review the past COI problems in detail? I've not looked closely, but there's almost certainly at least one undisclosed paid editor in addition to the Moon Express employees. --Ronz (talk) 01:23, 10 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
To be extra clear, I never assumed you had a coi, and the coi tag is not about your editing at all. I'll id some of the editors. --Ronz (talk) 01:28, 10 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
While looking through the editing history, I wanted to note that this cleanup might indicate other problems. --Ronz (talk) 01:32, 10 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Julieaarnold3101 (talk · contribs) - Moon Express employee. It was this editor, and especially this edit that made me concerned about the extent of the coi-editing here.

Rdr2001 (talk · contribs) WP:SPA, likely coi.

Moon Express (talk · contribs)

Jheditorials (talk · contribs) Paid editing in other articles. Very likely paid for editing related to Moon Express. --Ronz (talk) 01:46, 10 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]

OK. Knowing that that it is not against me, I'll happily let it be. After checking its history today, it was not evident to me there were paid editors in this article. Peace, BatteryIncluded (talk) 02:13, 10 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
