Article flow[edit]

To me, the change of the tenor of the article from being about the hospital and its history, to that of a Trust confuses the article, and the article is no longer encyclopedic. The hospital may now be run by/as a trust, the hospital is still the hospital and I would prefer to see the article reflect that. -- billinghurst (talk) 16:05, 6 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed. I think it's best to keep separate articles about NHS Trusts and the hospitals they run. However, implementing such a separation would require a large rewriting project: there are a lot of hospitals in England. You would certainly have my support for splitting this article into Moorfields Eye Hospital and Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Millstream3 (talk) 12:12, 9 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
