WP:SURNAME[edit]

I won't pretend to understand Kenyan naming structure. Per WP:SURNAME we refer to Western subjects by their last names after we've established what their full name is. "Obama was born in Honolulu..." vs "Barack was born in Honolulu..." That said, I know there are some cultures that list the surnames or patronyms first. If that's the case here, I hope someone will clarify that. In these edits a UK-based editor changed instances of the subject's name to Moraa, which is confusing without an explanation.
