Morgan–Monroe ObservatoryMorgan-Monroe Observatory – I am requesting that this page be moved back to its original title, which is now a redirect. I don't understand why it was moved in the first place, but the result is that every search for this page is routed through the redirect. This may be because the hypen in the current title is not standard. If the move back is made as I have requested, it should permit users to go directly to the page. Whether this page remains as a redirect or is deleted is up to the judgment of the administrator making the move. -- Cuppysfriend (talk) 23:09, 16 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose Per WP:DASH. "Morgan–Monroe" is a compound name of two separate entities, not a hyphenated name of one individual. —Justin (koavf)TCM 23:50, 16 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
    • Comment: To facilitate ease of access by users and to avoid uncecessary redirects, the proper title should contain an "en dash," not an "em dash." -- Cuppysfriend (talk) 22:16, 17 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose – the article is already titled with the correct en dash, and the nom has no idea what he is talking about. Dicklyon (talk) 08:00, 19 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. Redirects are not a problem. -- Necrothesp (talk) 14:45, 20 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
