Morovis, Puerto Rico Beautiful part of Puerto Rico. This part of Puerto Rico is like a forest full of beautiful things. Morovis is called "La Isla Menos Morovis" meaning " The Island except Morovis" because ones the whole island was sick except for Morovis.
