Wikipedia should be a place for accurate factual information.

There is no such thing as Mortgage Life Insurance. The only people who call it by that name are the unsuspecting customers who have been encouraged to put those words in their own mouth and mind. Bankers are not allowed to say those 3 words together without breaking the law. It simply does not exist. However it is very easy to put that belief in someones mind without having to verbally break the law. The correct term is Mortgage Protection. A form of Creditor protection. Life Insurance is something which is fully underwritten prior to issue. Mortgage Protection is not guaranteed and the protector can chose at their discretion as to whether they will pay out or not. But they will attempt to find a way out at the time of event if at all possible.

A simple Google search turns up several major companies offering such a product you say doesn't exist. Given that all your edits have been extremely POV, I think it's best if you find pages about topics you're less invested in to work on. 69.23.116.182 (talk) 05:43, 11 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The controversy section on this page does not seem neutral or factual. It just seems like it is someone with a grudge against a specific type of life insurance product. There are three links referenced in the section - 1 is for Canada and how you can't do tied selling practices. I don't see how that is relevant. You don't slam auto insurance because you cant sell it in California due to tied practies. The second article doesn't work, and the third, the expert even says there are advantages for this type of insurance. I am pajamas (talk) 17:05, 13 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I agree. I think the controversy section breaks neutrality by expressing opinions as facts. Also, IMO, the page should be called Non-Level Term, and should have sections for Increasing Term, Straight Decreasing Term and Mortgage Decreasing Term. Kmaricq (talk) 03:39, 10 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
