The edit war that appears to have occurred on the subject of whether or not this is a "rap-rock" song is precisely the sort of thing that gives gives Wikipedia in the "rule Nazis trump logic" era a bad name.
The song does not contain rap. This is obvious to anyone past puberty and with the faintest understanding of the cadences of popular music. This is apparently not obvious to an idiot writer at a throwaway-content-farm website. But apparently said idiot is now considered a "source", and therefore gets to trumps logic and common wisdom forever. Later attempts to introduce thoughtful and closer-to-truth descriptors of inherently imperfect genre classifications get reverted to this nonsense. And Wikipedia slowly develops overtones of 1984 Newspeak unreliability.
