Should this article about a party from a non-English-language dominant country be renamed to something English first, as is the case with others?[edit]

This article about a Maltese party uses the Maltese name in the header, but the Maltese name of the party does not seem essential to its identity. Other Maltese parties like Labour and Nationalist (among others) use the English name first. Should this also be the case here?
