Notability Issues[edit]

Robert_McClenon Thank you for checking the article and the notability remark. I’m still working on i, but I was wondering if there is something specific that you felt it needs better citing so I find additional sources or remove it. Thanks! DarkMatters (talk) 10:09, 2 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional, because the person in discussion is a well known figure and is currently fugitive, and wanted from multiple countries. A small Google search can reveal a lot of information, however I thought it is better to build the article through collaboration. --DarkMatters (talk) 20:40, 12 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Both sides of the Kiwan[edit]

The current edit of the article might include the majority of negative stories due to recent news. The subject of the article has been active in the media for years and should have plenty of positive coverage that can be added to the article.

As I only focus on recent activities, I welcome other users to add additional information that covers events prior to 2012. DarkMatters (talk) 17:20, 15 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Biased removal[edit]

User:JoyStick101 your recent edits are clearly biased toward removing mentions for the company or some individuals mentioned in the original edits. The first modification doesn’t include invalid sources, and the source is considered trusted in the region. (Please prove otherwise). The last two edits which you marked as promotional are not promotional and feel free to invite other editors to weight it. Until then, the edits will be reverted 91.232.101.236 (talk) 08:55, 31 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The content that i removed is promotional and non-reliable references. rozana.fm is not a reliable reference. Please check and read WP:RS. JoyStick101 (talk) 14:46, 31 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I agree with User:JoyStick101 the source does not seem to be a reliable reference WP:QUESTIONABLE, which is unacceptable especially because this page is BLP. After some digging, have found the following: only part of the removed content was sourced from rozana.fm, and JoyStock101 accidentally removed items sourced from another source (International Consortium of Investigative Journalists), which is considered reliable. In regards to the other content, I have found a reliable sources that support that content (U.S. Congressional Research Service Report and The Syrian Observer). So I reverted the edit and fixed the citations. Good catch User:JoyStick101! Thanks, geopony
