Multistability is not just Perception[edit]

This article seems to have undergone a drastic rewrite. It is now another more extensive version of the Multistable Perception article. Additionally parts are now outright false. Multistability does not only occur in multicellular organisms. Multistability is a phenomenon occurring in plenty of systems, from physics to economics, as was clearly stated in the last version https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Multistability&oldid=1060809748 . If I end up reverting the changes this is the reason. My preferred action however would be to merge the good things from the current version into the Multistable perception article.
