Vagrants and criminal elements in durban cbd[edit]
thousands of complains have been logged with various departments of the ethekwini, regarding vagrants and criminal elements among them and to date nothing has been done..complain about street lighting, pissing on the street, sinkholes on roads,loud music at night ...but nothing gets done about the above complains 102.249.5.167 (talk) 09:27, 13 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
This is a very serious claim, but it is unsourced. I did actually see a video clip of him saying those words, but I could find nothing online about this speech. Could it be fake? I think it needs to be verified before slandering someone. Michael Sandler (talk) 10:13, 20 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
