According to the guidelines about name sorting, articles about people should be sorted by surname or family name first. While the English naming convention is to put the family name after the given name, the Chinese convention is to put the family name first. In the case of this article, the victims' family names are "Ming" and "Ying", while "Qu" and "Wu" are given names so the
