Research and Updating Martin BLP[edit]

I've been researching and working on updating Martin BLP. Used my userpage as a sandbox to ensure balance and encyclopedic story. Ideas welcome to improve the BLP. Bluestarfish88 (talk) 07:01, 19 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Stock Price[edit]

I disagree with ‎Iangbloom's edits on this topic:

  1. He's removed the (valid) citation for the text showing the corporate stock price vs. the index in favor of one that merely shows the index, degrading the value of the citation.
  2. He claims that it's wrong to cite a perspective of 57% to 67% to take into account the market being lower, but feels it's fine to just reword it as "8%". Why? I don't know, because he refuses to answer me on his talk page and only put in the original edits after I'd reverted his prior ones. Given that this is a two day old account that only edits two articles (this one and Pitney Bowes, I suspect wp:coi or at least someone with an ax to grind.
