From the Creator[edit]

Welcome, everyone! I hope the viewers of the show will help expand this article. Please do not copy and paste text from the official website. I might also need help from User:Cyberia23, who nicely regulated Monster Quest and other articles for related shows. --66.74.131.74 (talk) 22:06, 14 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I gave the article a re-write[edit]

In a good-hearted attempt to improve the article, I gave the introduction a rewrite, and added a section as to the show's format. Also, I removed the unreferenced template on the article, because, it seems far too early for any citations to be available, though I will look. Please tell me what you think of my rewrite, I am open to all suggestions. Isshii 00:52, 22 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Suggestions... well first off it's MonsterQuest not Monster Quest the original link was correct the way it was and TV show names are italicized not in bold - this follows the standard Wikipedia Manual of Style. MonsterQuest is typically written as one word. You capitalized words that don't need to be capitalized - "paranormal" and "cryptozoology" are not proper names. You start off with "Like other" and didn't give examples - besides it isn't really necessary - you should rather just get to the point and explain what the show does... and finally, "pseudo" means "not actually but having the appearance of; pretended; false or spurious; sham and almost, approaching, or trying to be." and by calling it a "pseudo-investigation" you're suggesting the investigative process is a joke and a fraud. This by the way is a matter of opinion and not following article neutrality. You cannot give opinions you can only state facts. Cyberia23 (talk) 16:13, 22 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Isshii, I fixed your signature. Is that how your name is spelled? Are you new to Wikipedia? If not, you still have a lot to learn about grammar and quality.--66.74.131.74 (talk) 22:49, 24 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Quite. This is the last time I am willing to discuss this. No, I'm not new to Wikipedia, and, the original version of the so-called "MonsterQuest" article, originally was titled "Monster Quest", hence my edit. I've been here for a year and a half. And, my signature was fine as is, and, yes, it's how my name is spelled. Peace. --Isaiah 00:33, 3 October 2009 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by Isshii (talkcontribs)
