Contested deletion[edit]

This page is not unambiguously promotional (from a 1 sentence INTRO no less), because NRICM101 was covered in American Scientist, and Taipei Times is not an advertising rag it is a reputable source. Further blasting a CSD on this the moment I start the draft is very unfriendly, seemingly like censorship of the actual situation in Taiwan, and the GOVERNMENT approved treatments in Taiwan.
