Corrections[edit]

Hi, I hope I did this according to proper protocols: I've corrected some grammatical and spelling errors in the section on Macro's life, and also corrected information regarding the death of Tiberius. The previous version appears to have been based on the BBC TV series, which showed Macro personally smothering Tiberius with a pillow. According to Tacitus, however, Macro merely ordered Tiberius to be smothered, and under a huge heap of clothes, rather than a pillow. I changed the text to match Tacitus' description since I, Claudius is a semi-fictional account based on Tacitus' The Annals (as well as a few other sources). 76.24.23.62 (talk)guy with Tacitus in front of him —Preceding undated comment added 15:38, 27 May 2010 (UTC).[reply]
