  • I provided a decade & ref re start of its use. I also have the impression that the "Nalline test" (or "Naline test") is at least less used now for testing parolees for recent opiate use, but not a reference.

Does anyone have half-life for nalorphine? If nalorphines half-life was significantly longer than naloxones, then it might be more useful against longer lasting opioids, since naloxone has quite short half-life against longer lasting opioids.--Custoo (talk) 21:24, 14 October 2014 (UTC)[reply]
