Double 'janus headed' duelling mirror facing morphinan carbon skeletons[edit]

Apparently Oxymorphone-3-methoxynaltrexonazine is a similarly structured (two whole bound and facing morphinan carbon 3-ring skeletons to one molecule) opioid but acts as a full agonist rather than a full antagonist.
