AfC discussion[edit]

Please tell me what to do to improve this so it doesn't get deleted or rejected —Preceding unsigned comment added by 193.54.67.93 (talkcontribs)

Stuck in the references for birthplace and height - anything else?
How do I put up a picture? I have permission from Nancy Donahue to stick up any one of three recent shots taken by Patrice Casanova. How do I prove that permission? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 85.169.197.141 (talkcontribs)
Main problems currently:
  • Not neutrally written; a few examples:
    • "She graced the August, 1978 edition" - why not "appeared on"?
    • "her fresh looks" - subjective
    • "one of the top international models" - subjective
  • Notability not established. More significant coverage in third-party reliable sources is needed.
  • Yes, an image would be good. If you own one you can upload it yourself by creating an account and going to Commons:upload. Otherwise, it will need to be released under a suitable licence. Try WP:IFU.

Thanks, I'll change the wording. Anything else? As for notability, I'm not sure I understand exactly what you mean.85.169.197.141 (talk) 10:41, 1 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I can't seem to accept the page. Wikipedia says that my account is too new. Can someone else do it? Every single box seems to have been checked, and I can't see any reason not to accept the article. If you do not feel that it is ready to be accepted, could you tell me why, and what has to be done to improve it further? Zbanochkou (talk) 14:21, 2 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

For the image, I'll upload it today.85.169.197.141 (talk) 10:41, 1 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The page has been edited and updated. What still has to be done to make it good enough to be posted as a normal wikipedia entry? 193.54.67.93 (talk) 08:35, 2 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Put in references to four articles as of notability (see most recent changes). Is the page good enough now to warrant article status on Wikipedia? If not, what still has to be done? Zbanochkou (talk) 11:20, 2 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Stuck in still more references. Can the article be accepted yet?
