The article defines a broader ideology. There are three distinct aspects of Nashism that has been identified: that applicable to political civic groups such as Nashi (Ours), the ethno-nationalist aspect and the racial aspect. Well (an outsider's opinion) I'm doubtful if "nashism" defines a "broader ideology": it's very name is based on the "Nashi" organization. This would be more like redirecting Nazism to National Socialist German Workers Party (some time in 1930's).
