Notability[edit]

I'm currently working on explaining the notability of this individual. The fact that she founded one of the first online purveyors of luxury goods is notable. She is a major personality in the fashion media.

Thanks for taking the time to explain the undo. Happy editing! VQuakr (talk) 01:29, 28 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Upgrades and changes[edit]

I have added London to the WikiProjects list – Net-a-Porter was founded in a flat in Chelsea, London. I have upgraded importance to Mid for business, alongside fashion, as Net-a-Porter has been very influential in fashion e-tailing by anyone's lights. Massenet is on Time's 100 most influential list as of 2013, as per article and ref. Also a word about nationality as I've tweaked categories to reflect English American roots...don't want to be grabby, but her mother is English, she made it big in London and she is British Fashion Council Chair. Note that I've had a think about this and – given the influence – have revised importance for the fashion project to high. If anyone thinks this is off the mark, could they let me know via this page. Thanks a lot. Libby norman (talk) 00:16, 4 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I added her new company/role at Imaginary Ventures based on the New York Times story announcing her new venture as well as the Imaginary website. lml364 (talk) 13:41, 12 Juky 2018 (ET)
