Not so major revision[edit]

My revision is deceptive, especially as displayed by the automatic comparison tool. It is not substantial beyond incorporating the NYTimes July 1989 notice of NBF's establishment. Otherwise I have rearranged the old material, adding quotation marks to make clear how much we rely on two cited pages at NBF online (and to avoid plagiarism). Although we now have one outside source, {{primary sources}} may be an understatement. --P64 (talk) 16:25, 3 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Major Revisions[edit]

I noticed that this article was a stub, so I have been trying to expand on it a bit. I did add some more information about various programs; unfortunately, it is rather difficult to find non primary sources about the organization overall. It has been brought to my attention that not all of the information I have added belongs on this page, and that it is already present or belongs on other pages. Any sort of guidance on this would be appreciated, as this is my first major edit. I also added a controversy section, which did allow for some more secondary sources. However, I am not sure if these belong on this page or if they belong on the National Book Award page. Thanks. Connor M333 (talk) 05:47, 6 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
