The NCOA page should not be deleted because it contains valuable information about how changes of address through the United States Postal Service work. It does not market specifically for a type of software or a company, though several different types are provided in the References section for further information if desired by readers. The page also discusses how movers may change their address and how it plays into the NCOA process. The form for changing one's address is provided in the References section.
