Controversial?[edit]

Without any sources to hand, the act was controversial because it empowered the Muldoon government to push through the Think Big projects against opposition from the environmental movement and others, e.g. though forced land purchases. dramatic (talk) 02:39, 9 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
