If according to the article the speed limit is 100 kmph (more than the Mumbai-Pune Expressway) and there are only 2 exits between the termini of this expressway, then this is a freeway, and belongs to Category:Highways with full control of access and no cross traffic. But the photo with pedestrians here doesn't seem to agree with this. -- Paddu 06:10, 1 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
