The article needs references. Perhaps someone familiar with Korean-language sources could add some.

http://www.globalpost.com/dispatch/news/asianet/130403/stx-hit-rating-downgrade mentions NICE Investors Service as "another local credit ratings agency", but we need more than that for an article.

I saw some potentially useful links at this Google Scholar search.

NICE is a leading national credit ratings service. I would expect its counterparts in English-speaking countries to be clearly notable, but I'm not finding the references I need for NICE. Eastmain (talk • contribs) 06:18, 17 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
