The article has no inline references, but I read the references in the list and they don't support political analysis in this article. I think if you're going to produce analysis like this on Wikipedia, you really need an inline citation. I removed: "A side effect of the Clinton Administration programs to build the NII was a push by cultural industries to expand the scope of copyright. This led to the creation of the WIPO Copyright Treaty and the passage of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
