Photos[edit]

I added some photos from my recent trip to Bloomington. I'm not much of a photographer, so some of them are not that great, but they can at least act as placeholders until you get better ones. HornColumbia (talk) 16:51, 28 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Look at my picture of the Monroe Carnegie Library—I wasn't even able to get the front of the building, due to the angle of the sun and the short window I had for photography. You're definitely not the only one to upload placeholders :-) Thanks for the photos. Nyttend (talk) 02:54, 1 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Ditto to Nyttend: thanks! I think "placeholder" pics, even "drive-by" ones through your windshield, are great. They provide clear identification of the site and give future photographers an idea on how to proceed, setting a standard to be surpassed. doncram (talk) 05:58, 1 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Address Restricted[edit]

The Address restricted.PNG file is a used when a site can't have an image because the location of the site is restricted in order to protect the site. See the examples below. I added it to this page for the two restricted sites, but it was rolled back. My NRHP focus is on Missouri, so you guys can build this page however you like, but I wanted to give some examples of how this has been handled elsewhere.
