development[edit]

Some cleanup in this list-article is needed. It is about NRHP listings in one town, but then there is a column labelled "City/town", which appears to show that there are listings in many towns. I don't know enough about the local places to be able to judge that those are all villages, or what, in order to relabel the column. Perhaps some places are in unincorporated areas, and the names in that column are not all villages? Also, the town column has many place names that in fact link to a disambiguation page, each of which should be revised to be more specific. The many places listed in Southampton, New York should be revised, using pipelink, to link to the wikipedia article on the village of Southampton or to indicate some other area within the town of Southampton, which includes the village. doncram (talk) 21:13, 21 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I fixed a few of these that are incorrectly listed as being in Southampton. ----DanTD (talk) 17:50, 3 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The Castle at Casa Basso?[edit]

Who put The Castle at Casa Basso on here? I can't find a single reference to it on either NRHP.gov or NRHP.com. ----DanTD (talk) 17:42, 3 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi --- this does not appear in the list of properties on OPRHP or in the Elkman database. Is this mistakenly included on this list as a NRHP property?--Pubdog (talk) 14:09, 6 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Josiah Foster House[edit]

While looking through some history related to East Quogue, New York, I stumbled upon a link regarding the status of the Josiah Foster House. Currently, it's just considered a Town of Southampton Landmark, but it's always good to keep an eye on the link, just in case the house is given NRHP status. ---------User:DanTD (talk) 16:50, 30 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Wrong "Meetinghouse Lane"[edit]

Wasn't there a page where we could report incorrect coordinates on articles and lists and such? Because the coordinates given for Rogers Mansion Museum Complex on 17 Meetinghouse Lane in the Village of Southampton are actually for the Meetinghouse Lane in Amagansett, New York. ---------User:DanTD (talk) 05:06, 5 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  1. ^ Numbers represent an alphabetical ordering by significant words. Various colorings, defined here, differentiate National Historic Landmarks and historic districts from other NRHP buildings, structures, sites or objects.
  2. ^ The eight-digit number below each date is the number assigned to each location in the National Register Information System database, which can be viewed by clicking the number.
