Copyright Status of Case Summaries[edit]

Can anyone tell me whether West own the copyright to the actual case summaries? Websites like casetext essentially provide them for free, but for the purpose of creating more articles on Wikipedia which are case summaries, in which some legal standard was established, or where they are otherwise noteworthy, I'm curious if anyone knows.
