Tribal Groups[edit]

Why all the parentheses? Why not link to the tribal groups when there are articles. For example, [[Ancient Hawaii]an (the term "Native Hawaiian is not often used for the Ethnic group). The ones that say (kaloko) should also say Hawaiian; that is just the name of one settlement in the Honokohau National Historic Park. W Nowicki (talk) 03:10, 10 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The linking sounds like a good project for you? ~Geaugagrrl talk 19:35, 16 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
OK I did one pass, removing the parens and linking in some of the major tribes. Will let someone more expert on Native Americans do the rest. For Kaloko, I linked in Ancient Hawaii since that article talks about the culture before European contact, vs. Native Hawaiian which talks about current issues a bit more. Official status of list[edit]

Are these sites officially designated by the National Park Service? If so, the article should link to it. If not, the criteria for inclusion should be given. 22:04, 5 March 2018 (UTC)
